The Italian aerial services company DL Droni used 3Dflow's photogrammetry software, 3DF Zephyr Aerial, to process multispectral imagery. The challenge was to analyze the condition of vegetation in a rural area for a precision agriculture project, creating accurate spectral indices from the captured data.

3Dflow's solution provided a specialized radiometric calibration tool within its software, which converted raw images into calibrated ones using a calibration panel. This workflow enabled DL Droni to successfully generate orthophotos and calculate crucial vegetation indexes, including GNDVI and NDVI. The resulting analysis clearly highlighted areas with the healthiest, most dense vegetation, which allowed DL Droni to fully meet its customer's needs.
