Willmott Dixon reduces 86 risks to 20 with 3D Repo

Willmott Dixon, a leading UK contracting company, sought to advance its risk management and compliance with CDM Regulations on the Oxlow Bridge School Project. They needed to move away from manual, spreadsheet-based logging to a more collaborative and transparent approach. To meet this challenge, they implemented 3D Repo's SafetiBase platform.

By using 3D Repo's SafetiBase, the project team streamlined the identification, review, and management of design risks. The platform fostered greater collaboration among 16 companies involved in the project, allowing risks to be tagged directly to a shared model. This led to risks being discussed much earlier in the design process. Ultimately, the number of identified risks was reduced from 86 down to 20, demonstrating the solution's measurable impact on efficiency and safety.
