Cogital, on behalf of their client Shanghai Jiushi Properties Co, faced the challenge of digitally managing seven historic buildings on Shanghai's Bund. They required a collaborative platform to handle building restoration and asset management, provide context for 3D models, and support both English and Mandarin. They partnered with 3D Repo to implement its cloud-based BIM platform as the engine for this digital solution.

The solution included a geolocated model of Shanghai for context, a streamlined interface for logging issues, and live CCTV feed integration.
