Dilijan College, an international school in Armenia, was struggling with rising phone costs while relying on just one PSTN line for all communications. Looking for a simpler, more affordable upgrade than Asterisk, the college chose 3CX to move toward unified communications and improve mobility for its staff.

3CX, implemented with support from IT Support, was installed quickly on the college’s existing hardware and 50 IP phones with almost no downtime. The new VoIP system cut calling costs by shifting traffic to the data network, minimized PSTN usage through least-cost routing, and enabled staff to communicate from anywhere via chat, messaging, and web conferencing, boosting collaboration and productivity.
