Rift Valley Services, a diversified holding company with 10,000 employees across East and South Africa, needed to move away from its aging Trixbox phone system. The legacy setup struggled with mobile support and conferencing, and its high maintenance costs and limited scalability no longer fit Rift Valley’s long-term plans. The new system took over management of 105 Polycom devices, 30 lines, and a TelOne VoIP gateway, while reducing maintenance demands, improving mobility and conferencing, and delivering cost savings, greater productivity, and automated call reporting for better visibility.
