ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Cuts its Telephony Costs in Half with 3CX

ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks, part of ArcelorMittal, needed to replace an outdated traditional PBX with a modern communications system that could connect multiple offices, support mobile employees, and enable VoIP without costly hardware upgrades. The company wanted a flexible, software-based PBX that would improve productivity and reduce telephony expenses, and it turned to 3CX Phone System.

3CX implemented a Windows-based software PBX with high-availability support and 3CX Bridging to link sites in Belgium, France, Slovakia, and Bremen. The new setup allowed inter-office calls to be treated as internal calls, enabled centralized management from headquarters, and eliminated much of the international calling cost. ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks reported telephony costs cut in half, with remote provisioning of phones and updates also saving significant time and travel costs.
