A 3CX Case Study
The Chief Administration of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory needed a more reliable, flexible, and mobile communications system to support mission-critical disaster response. With 300 employees serving in roles ranging from fire protection to mountain rescues, the organization turned to 3CX Phone System to improve real-time connectivity, conferencing, and mobility.
3CX, implemented by partner IT-Center, replaced the legacy PBX with 25 Yealink IP phones, five external SIP lines, a voice gateway, softphones, and mobile access. The new 3CX solution improved internal collaboration, enabled one-click web meetings and continuous communication in the field, and reduced long-distance calling costs while increasing productivity and responsiveness across the Ministry.
