3CX Enables Architects’ College of Catalonia to Unify Their Telephony & Go Digital

COAC (Architects’ College of Catalonia) needed to replace a fragmented mix of outdated analog and IP telephony systems across its locations in Catalonia. With around 200 extensions and multiple unintegrated providers, the organization faced administrative complexity, limited functionality, and rising management overhead. 3CX implemented a single cloud-based telephony solution with call flow designer, web and mobile apps, and centralized hosting through Conecta Wireless.
