A 3CX Case Study
Maierl Hotel, a unique alpine resort in a ski-in ski-out location, needed a phone system that could run on existing infrastructure, keep installation and administration costs low, and support hotel-specific functions. The hotel chose 3CX Phone System because it offered the needed hotel module along with flexibility and low administrative overhead.
3CX implemented a hotel PBX solution with features like guest name display, wake-up calls, do-not-disturb, check-out, room status, and a digital receptionist, all running on the hotel’s Windows Server and existing wireless network. As a result, staff reduced administration time, improved guest service, enabled mobility for management, and avoided dedicated PBX cabling, saving an estimated 25,000 Euros.
