Phillip Securities Group, part of PhillipCapital, is a financial services company with 700 employees that was facing rising telephone maintenance costs, outdated PBX limitations, and a compliance need for call recording across its offices. To modernize communications and prepare for IP telephony, Phillip turned to 3CX for an all-in-one phone and recording solution.
