Societe Generale, one of Europe’s major financial services companies, wanted to better attract and retain talent while helping employees take ownership of their career development at scale across its global organization. To do this, it turned to 365Talents and its AI-driven talent experience platform to support skills mapping and job information sheets.
With 365Talents, Societe Generale introduced a skills-based approach powered by semantic analysis, allowing employees to self-declare skills, managers to identify available resources, and HR to plan future needs in real time. The solution helped the bank suggest relevant skills, open roles, and development paths, and it saw measurable adoption with 17,000 opportunities consulted each month by 74,000 employees, while two-thirds of suggested skills were considered relevant by employees.
