Multi-System Operator Company - Customer Case Study

365 Data Centers partnered with a U.S. Multi‑System Operator (MSOC) that was expanding fiber aggregation and broadband services into Nashville. The MSOC required a nearby colocation partner that could guarantee high availability, reliable power and cooling, data security, diverse fiber entrances and roof antenna access, strict N+1 redundancy, and cost‑effective, usage‑based scalability — initially up to 125 kW.

After an RFI process, 365 was selected in January 2015 by meeting technical, legal and commercial requirements. 365 delivered metered power with dedicated PDUs and Schneider Electric PowerLogic 820MG meters, secured roof access and diverse conduit/fiber entrances, provided a private cage with N+1 power and up to 125 kW (plus ROFR for another 125 kW), and implemented a usage‑based billing arrangement, enabling MSOC to deploy its Nashville aggregation POP with the required redundancy, security and scalability.
