How to Train All Employees in the Context of International Expansion

Criteo, a global AdTech leader with around 3,000 users and rapid international growth, needed a faster, scalable way to onboard and upskill staff after launching a 2016 project for 700 sales and marketing employees. The company faced onboarding more than 500 employees a year, limited attention span from operational teams, and the complexity of coordinating 15 administrators and 50 trainers to create and run trainings.

By implementing 360Learning to boost learner and SME engagement and empower subject-matter experts as leaders, Criteo digitized 30% of its learning offer and trained 700 Sales & Marketing employees on a new CRM in four weeks (vs. months with instructor-led training). The platform enabled 78 experts to create 1,724 courses and 239 programs with an 80% completion rate; today 3,000 employees use the system (99% monthly logins), 85% are very satisfied, employees average 20 hours of active engagement, and the platform recorded 1,756 human interactions.
