How to Train 2,000 Employees Straight from their Workplace

SIG France, with roughly 2,000 employees, faced the challenge of delivering safety-related and job-specific training to a dispersed workforce without requiring travel. The company needed easy, self-serve, and interactive courses that would encourage proactive learning while also supporting existing face-to-face training.

By creating in-house content with 360Learning tailored to each role, SIG introduced new formats like Prezi, ThingLink and video streaming. The platform drove strong engagement—about 15 voluntary connections per employee per week at work—and increased proactive course completion while reinforcing traditional classroom sessions.
