FACOM, part of Stanley Black & Decker, needed to train its sales teams monthly on new hand tools while collecting field feedback to improve products and sales techniques. With a single person responsible for designing, producing and distributing training, the company faced tight monthly deadlines and wanted to avoid outsourcing content creation.
By adopting the 360Learning platform the trainer could quickly create and share programs in real time, gather daily feedback from the field, and iterate content continuously. Over one year the in-house resource produced 50 programs (average creation time: 2 hours vs. several weeks previously), collected 80+ field reports (videos and comments), and kept 100% of training content production internal.
