A 360Learning Case Study
Supportworks, a U.S. home services company behind brands like Foundation Supportworks, Hello Garage, and SolutionView, needed a better way to train and develop its dispersed dealer and franchise network. With 360Learning’s learning platform, Supportworks wanted an LMS that dealers could access and use to create and assign content, onboard new and existing franchisees, track progress, and launch a leadership development program for future leaders in a franchise environment.
Using 360Learning, Supportworks built ManagementU, a 10-month blended learning program combining online courses, self-paced learning, coaching, and in-person sessions. The collaborative authoring tools let internal experts and the L&D team co-create relevant content, while learners engaged with peers and completed work before live sessions. Results were strong: learner feedback averaged 9.4/10, course relevance hit 100%, over 80% of graduates said they could apply what they learned immediately, and the program achieved an 87% completion rate.
