Safran, the global aerospace group with more than 83,000 employees across 27 countries, needed to rethink its training strategy amid major industry change, rapid hiring, generational turnover, and the risk of losing critical institutional knowledge. To support upskilling, reskilling, and internal mobility at scale, Safran turned to 360Learning’s LMS, LXP, Academies, and AI capabilities through Safran University.

With 360Learning, Safran built an all-in-one learning platform that combines automated training management with a seamless learner experience, while enabling hundreds of subject-matter experts to create and share content internally. The results included 445,000 hours of training in 2023, 700+ authors contributing, nearly 1,500 sessions created by 300 experts, and an average completion rate of 80%, with training paths deployed in over 8 languages and 25 career paths already mapped.
