Safran, the French high-technology group with more than 79,000 employees, needed to modernize training in the face of COVID-19, digitalization, and a generational shift as many workers retired. The company wanted a more agile, learner-centered approach that could support upskilling across languages, roles, and locations while improving training consistency and accessibility. To meet these needs, Safran turned to 360Learning and its collaborative learning platform.

360Learning implemented a blended, collaborative learning solution built around an online platform with authoring tools, mobile learning, virtual classes, and personalized dashboards. The platform was integrated with Safran’s broader training and HR ecosystem and used by more than 300 subject-matter experts to create content. In 2020, Safran published 5,000 courses, reached over 40,000 active users, and delivered 136,000 hours of digital training, helping Safran decentralize knowledge sharing and strengthen its digital learning strategy.
