How IDEA Public Schools Helps New Teachers Learn in the Flow of Work with Collaborative Learning

IDEA Public Schools, a fast-growing K-12 public charter school network in Texas and beyond, needed a better way to onboard 1,000 to 1,300 new teachers each year and deliver consistent professional development and compliance training across multiple regions. Before adopting 360Learning, its mostly in-person training model was hard to scale, difficult to standardize, and made it challenging to track learning outcomes and compliance.

With 360Learning’s collaborative learning platform, IDEA Public Schools centralized training, enabled more than 200 internal subject-matter experts to create content, and moved onboarding and development into flexible remote, asynchronous learning tracks. The results included $500,000 saved in the first year, improved learner engagement, expanded from 12 to 94 personalized learning tracks, and stronger onboarding, job satisfaction, and retention for teachers who join mid-year.
