ConnectWise, a U.S.-based tech company, needed a faster way to onboard help desk technicians and keep training content centralized in a rapidly changing industry. The results were strong: module build-and-update time dropped to 1–2 weeks, average training length fell from 30 minutes to 12 minutes, completion rate reached 92% annually, and employee adoption of 360Learning doubled compared with the previous LMS.
