How Combat Stress Leveraged 360Learning to Become the First Collaborative Learning Community for Veterans

Combat Stress, a UK not-for-profit supporting veterans’ mental health, needed to move beyond a transactional LMS to a more collaborative learning approach. With 360Learning’s LMS, the charity wanted to improve expert-led training, boost engagement, streamline siloed development, support veteran education, and reduce a lengthy 13-week onboarding process for new hires.

360Learning enabled Combat Stress to empower 90+ subject-matter experts to author courses, centralize internal and external training, and build interactive learning communities for employees, veterans, and support networks. The results included a 97% course completion rate, 40% faster onboarding, over 600 live event participants, 1,000 hours of external learning consumed, and recognition through a Soldier On Awards shortlist for its collaborative learning community.
