Adisseo, a global chemical manufacturing company with 2,700+ employees worldwide, wanted to put employee development back at the center of its HR strategy. The company needed a modern digital learning tool that could support career growth, connect field employees to relevant training, and integrate with SAP SuccessFactors to track both digital and face-to-face learning and certifications. To meet these needs, Adisseo worked with 360Learning.
360Learning implemented an integrated learning environment combining SAP SuccessFactors LMS with 360Learning LXP and Academies, enabling better segmentation, easier access to the right training, and collaborative learning led by internal experts. With 360Learning, Adisseo now creates 2–3 new digital trainings per month, meets 80% of learning needs through in-house experts, and has grown its internal ambassador community from 5 employees to 50. The company also reported a 90% course relevance score, 60% of learners feeling more connected, and a goal of training 100% of employees by 2024.
