BABOR Revolutionizes Product and Treatment Training with Digital Learning

BABOR, the German luxury skincare brand, needed a faster way to train partners and beauty experts across 70 countries on product and treatment knowledge. Traditional face-to-face training was too time-consuming for its L&D team, and many learners didn’t have regular access to a PC, making it difficult to keep everyone up to date. BABOR turned to 360Learning’s LMS and mobile learning capabilities to support real-time, digital training.

With 360Learning, BABOR launched collaborative, AI-supported course creation and a mobile app that made learning available anytime, anywhere. In just 6 months, the team created 300 courses and 100 learning paths without adding staff, reaching around 2,000 learners and achieving an 89% completion rate. The result was stronger learner engagement, more up-to-date product knowledge, and better customer advice from BABOR beauty experts.
