360Learning x SAP Makes Knowledge Accessible to Arkema’s Global Workforce

Arkema Group, a global specialty chemicals manufacturer, needed a better way to support sustainable growth, unify learning across acquisitions, connect disconnected HR and L&D systems, improve admin efficiency, and give its 21,000+ employees access to relevant training in multiple languages. To solve this, Arkema turned to 360Learning, using its LMS, LXP, Academies, and SAP SuccessFactors integration.

360Learning implemented Arkema’s MyLearning platform with a seamless SAP SuccessFactors connection, SSO access, an open content catalog, multilingual learning delivery, and collaborative academies for internal experts to create courses. The results exceeded expectations: the platform reached 9,810 learners, 140% of target, more than 2,300 learners took on-demand courses, 64 active authors created an average of 143 courses, and training is now available in 14 languages with 93% positive reactions.
