CooperVision, a leading manufacturer of soft contact lenses, faced challenges with its patient rebate software. The platform provided a poor user experience with a slow, complex claim process and no up-front visibility into rebate amounts. These limitations negatively impacted patient satisfaction and hindered the company’s rebate donation program for the charity Optometry Giving Sight. CooperVision partnered with vendor 360insights to find a better solution.
360insights implemented its Channel Success Platform™, specifically the Rebate Module, to automate the claim process and provide patients with immediate visibility into their rebate qualification and total payment amount. This solution dramatically improved the patient experience and offered new, simplified donation options. As a result, 360insights helped CooperVision double its total donations to $182K in the first year, reduce claim processing times to under 30 days, and achieve an email open rate of 64% for follow-up communications.
