Small shop, big results Extending capabilities for an office of one

Wheaton Academy, a top-ranking Christian high school in Illinois with 6,000 living alumni and a one-person alumni office, needed to extend its digital strategy but had little experience with online networking tools. Director Dawn Earl faced engagement and data challenges and expected to piece together multiple vendors before finding 360Alumni, but was unsure how to launch and manage an online community on her own.

360Alumni delivered a branded community portal, advised on long-term data and profile strategies, and cleaned the alumni database (normalizing, deduping, geocoding and validating emails). They trained Dawn on integrated email marketing, helped run Homecoming and dozens of events, set up 19 groups and ongoing communications, resulting in cleaner data, higher activation rates, a streamlined workload for the lone staffer, and steadily growing alumni engagement.
