ThinkGeek, an online retailer with very heavy holiday transaction volumes, needed help with a bottleneck in its NetSuite ERP and order management process during Black Friday/Cyber Monday. The issue affected scheduled scripts tied to order export and shipping integration, causing timeouts, script-queue saturation, and extra manual monitoring. ThinkGeek worked with 360 Cloud Solutions and its NetSuite SuiteScript environment to address the challenge.

360 Cloud Solutions redesigned ThinkGeek’s order export process by moving it from a Scheduled Script to a UserEvent Script, then designed, tested, and deployed the new architecture quickly. The result was flawless performance during peak season, a 10-fold productivity increase, and a reduction in script queues from 12 to 1, eliminating the need for constant rescheduling and restarts.
