Keap, formerly known as Infusionsoft, is a Chandler, Arizona-based provider of email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, lead capture, and eCommerce tools for small businesses. As the company grew, it struggled with long daily billing and payment processing times in its SuiteCloud instance using a custom version of 360 Contract Billing, which delayed payments, required manual monitoring, and affected accounting close and financial reporting.

360 Cloud Solutions updated the billing process to use five parallel NetSuite SuiteCloud queues instead of a single script queue. This increased billing capacity by 3X, materially shortened processing times, and improved reliability, giving Keap more time to focus on analysis and strategy.
