360 Cloud Solutions implemented a NetSuite SuiteFlow and SuiteScript-based vendor bill approval and routing workflow with department-specific approvals, category-based approver rules, primary and secondary approvers, admin override, and reject handling. The result was a paperless bill process that reduced lost or misplaced bills, improved accuracy and throughput, and enabled faster vendor payments by automatically routing even exception cases to the right approvers.
