2Ship implemented a vendor program that strictly controls shipping choices and centralizes vendor shipments, giving 7‑Eleven full visibility over accounts, couriers and costs. Policy enforcement has dramatically reduced expedited same‑day shipments and now all items sent to Canadian stores — from staplers to Slurpee machines — are managed through the 2Ship program.
