A 2NDNATURE Software Case Study
The City of Paso Robles needed a practical way to assess stormwater pollutant load reductions and meet strict NPDES MS4 compliance requirements, but it lacked a methodology and was relying on costly water quality sampling that did not support program decisions. 2NDNATURE Software helped the city find a more user-friendly, reportable approach to managing stormwater data.
2NDNATURE Software worked with Paso Robles to implement the stormwater Tool to Estimate Load Reductions (swTELR) within the 2Nform platform, giving the city mapped, standardized catchment data and accessible reporting tools. The solution helped the city inventory stormwater assets in just a couple of weeks, develop maintenance schedules based on need, document pollutant and volume reductions, and better target future improvements—saving time and money while improving compliance communication and long-term stormwater planning.
