YIT secures 270 apartments in Bratislava with 2N

The Scandinavian developer YIT faced a challenge in equipping its ZWIRN residential project in Bratislava with a technological solution that would meet the high demands of modern living. The goal was to ensure secure building access, comfortable apartment control, and full integration with other building systems for its 270 apartments. To address this, YIT partnered with vendor 2N to implement a suite of products including the 2N IP Style intercom, 2N Indoor Touch 2.0 stations, and the My2N app.

The solution from 2N provided secure access control through video intercoms and enabled residents to manage their apartments comfortably via indoor stations and their mobile phones. The system's integration capabilities allowed for features like automatic garage door opening via a licence plate reader.
