Zemana, a small security-software provider, set out to reduce shopping-cart abandonment and boost revenue per visitor by improving its checkout experience. The goal was to increase conversion by at least 10 percentage points across its B2C purchase funnel.
Using Avangate’s in‑platform A/B testing tool (no integration required), Zemana tested a shorter checkout flow (removing the review step) and a one‑column cart design with payment icons in the sidebar. The first test raised conversion by 10% and the second by 11%, delivering an overall 26% lift in conversion and an immediate revenue increase.
