SysTools, an SMB specializing in data recovery, cloud backup/migration and digital forensics, faced lost sales from cart abandonment across its B2C and B2B channels. The company needed a simple way to recover abandoning shoppers and increase online conversions without overhauling its checkout flow.
Using 2Checkout’s Avangate Monetization Platform and Merchant of Record model, SysTools implemented an exit pop-up offering 10% off to cart abandoners. The short campaign delivered a 16% conversion rate on the pop-up and recovered 19% of revenue (results measured May–Oct 2020), exceeding expectations.
