Mondly, a global language-learning platform used by over 100 million learners across 190 countries, wanted to boost Revenue Per Visitor (RVP) and Conversion Rate (CR) by simplifying and localizing its checkout experience. The existing 3-column checkout was identified as a potential friction point affecting conversions.

Verifone’s CRO team ran an A/B test replacing the multi-column flow with an InLine one-step overlay cart that keeps shoppers on the site and reduces distractions. The change improved localization in key markets and produced a 13% increase in RPV and up to a 5% lift in CR in certain regions; a split, country-by-country rollout was recommended to maximize results.
