The existing 3-column checkout was identified as a potential friction point affecting conversions.
Verifone’s CRO team ran an A/B test replacing the multi-column flow with an InLine one-step overlay cart that keeps shoppers on the site and reduces distractions. The change improved localization in key markets and produced a 13% increase in RPV and up to a 5% lift in CR in certain regions; a split, country-by-country rollout was recommended to maximize results.
