Kaspersky, a global cybersecurity company operating across META markets (Middle East, Africa and Turkey), needed an additional communication channel to engage prospects before they downloaded trials or completed purchases. Their objective was to boost website conversion and reduce cart abandonment across more than 40 countries.

Working with 2Checkout and Push4Site, Kaspersky implemented automated browser push notifications—sent after 3 minutes and again after 90 minutes with a 15% return-to-cart offer. The integration drove 21% of abandoning visitors back to the site, 23% of those completed the purchase, and delivered a 4.8% uplift in sales conversion rates.
