iolo technologies, a provider of PC optimization, security and recovery software with a global presence, needed a more efficient, scalable e-commerce solution to replace a resource-heavy in‑house platform. Their goals were to outsource order management, fraud and payment handling, accelerate global go-to-market, and improve conversion rates and sales through additional channels.

iolo migrated to 2Checkout’s Avangate Enterprise Commerce (eCommerce, Affiliates, Channel) and used affiliate marketing, revenue-recovery tools, unfinished-payments follow-up and a CRO program. The results include at least a 15% overall revenue uplift, an 82% YoY increase in affiliate sales, a 7x ROI from conversion optimization, a 9.7% uplift from subscription recovery tools (with ~12.7x RRT ROI), plus incremental gains from unfinished-payment follow-ups and manual renewal notifications—while speeding global expansion and improving operational efficiency.
