IObit, a global leader in PC optimization and security software with hundreds of millions of downloads, engaged 2Checkout to improve customer acquisition. Tasked with increasing global cart conversion rates by at least 5% as part of a broader acquisition initiative, IObit targeted both B2C and B2B buyers across multiple markets and languages.
Using the Avangate/2Checkout Digital Commerce platform and its CRO service, the team ran a four-week, multi-language split test of cart templates and flows. The winning variation — a new cart template with the Review page — delivered a 14% lift in cart conversion rate, a 6% increase in revenue per visitor, and a 23x return on the CRO program investment.
