123ContactForm, a SaaS provider of web forms and surveys for businesses, NGOs, government and education, faced a crowded market with many free alternatives and needed to scale online sales while stopping revenue leakage across the customer lifecycle. Their goal was to grow revenue by optimizing acquisition flows and implementing churn-prevention measures rather than just increasing acquisition spend.

Working with Avangate Enterprise, they ran in-platform A/B tests to simplify checkout (driving a 14% uplift in new-acquisition revenue), turned on Advanced Revenue Recovery Tools to reduce involuntary churn (raising authorization rates by 1.3%, a 3% revenue uplift and a threefold ROI), and used promotions and localized payment methods (2% uplift from promotions; +10% for Brazil orders). Altogether these optimization efforts produced about a 19% overall revenue uplift while improving conversion, retention and subscription management.
