They partnered with the vendor, 27Global, for cloud engineering, security, and software engineering services to undertake this rebuild from the ground up.

The solution, named Epilogue Opus, was a new enterprise-level application developed by 27Global over three years. It functions as a desktop app or Chrome extension, featuring a robust workflow engine for creating documentation and analytics to track user behavior. As a result, 27Global successfully migrated Epilogue to the cloud, enabling several large customers to adopt the new platform and use its insights to improve user experiences.
