Petticoat Lane, a New York chain of women’s designer apparel with four prime stores and a web store, wanted to expand its multi‑channel presence by selling on Amazon. However, without integration between Amazon and its Retail Pro POS, the retailer faced time‑consuming manual uploads, frequent stockouts and limited assortment online (one product upload could take ~5 minutes and one style could translate to dozens of SKUs), which constrained profitability and growth.
Working with Retail Pro partner J.D. Associates, Petticoat Lane implemented 24SevenCommerce’s Amazon integration to Retail Pro, synchronizing inventory, automatically feeding Amazon orders into Retail Pro and streamlining listing management. The integration enabled the retailer to scale to over 2,500 Amazon items, sell roughly 10× more than before, boost revenue, improve customer satisfaction and Amazon rankings, and positioned the business to expand to additional marketplaces.
