Spotta, the Netherlands’ largest activation platform, recruits around 15,000 young mail deliverers each year. To engage this mobile-first generation and maintain a personal touch in its hiring process, Spotta wanted a more efficient way to conduct its many home-based interviews. 24sessions provided a video recruitment solution to help digitize this process.
24sessions implemented the platform in a three-step approach: training video recruiters, piloting the process in two regions, and evaluating results against KPIs. The impact was strong: after more than 200 online conversations in 10 weeks, Spotta cut cost per appointment by 69% from €54 to €17, saved about 60 minutes of travel time per interview, and achieved an 8.6/10 candidate satisfaction score while maintaining delivery quality.
