Rabobank wanted to meet rising customer expectations for faster, more personal, and more convenient banking services as people increasingly moved away from branch visits and toward digital interactions. To address this challenge, Rabobank worked with 24sessions to launch video banking, starting with mortgage advice as the first use case.
24sessions enabled Rabobank to scale live video mortgage consultations across the Netherlands, expanding from 3 to 99 local banks and onboarding 3,000+ advisors in under 12 months. The new channel delivered strong results, including a 9.3/10 customer satisfaction score, a 9.2/10 customer effort score, and more than 20% efficiency gains from shorter, more focused conversations.
