Williamson Medical Center, a top-rated regional hospital in Franklin, Tennessee, needed to modernize its security operations. Using legacy CESI software, the security team relied on manual tour logs and slow searches for incidents, lacked automated alerts and analytics, and could not efficiently track or act on issues affecting patients, staff, vendors and visitors.
