U.S. Bank Stadium, a 66,655-seat, multi-purpose venue in Minneapolis and home to the Minnesota Vikings, needed a unified, adaptive operations platform to manage complex events and a high volume of incidents. Director of Event Services Billy Langenstein was charged with building an operation from scratch that could coordinate hundreds of staff and third-party systems and handle as many as 650–750 incidents per game.
They deployed 24/7 Software’s platform across the stadium—using every module 24/7/365—with 42 dispatchers, 400+ mobile apps and integrations for cameras, access control, facial recognition, alarms, CMMS and guest reporting. Implementation was seamless, response times improved year-over-year, maintenance spending and vendor management became more efficient, and the stadium now operates proactively across mitigation, detection, response, investigation and recovery.
