Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), which operates nine sports and esports franchises and major venues including Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field, faced the ongoing challenge of delivering exceptional, safe fan experiences across large, high‑traffic events while improving situational awareness and operational responsiveness.
MLSE deployed 24/7 Software’s integrated operations platform — including incident management, CMMS, guard patrol, mobile apps, Guest Experience Request Tracker, Live Mapping, partner integrations (e.g., ticketing) and the new Advanced Analytics module — to provide real‑time dashboards and automation.
