Tampa International Airport partnered with **22 Miles** to address the hybrid-work needs of its new SkyCenter One headquarters. As the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority managed a growing mix of tenants and staff, it needed a sustainable workplace management solution for space booking, wayfinding, and workplace visibility, delivered through a unified custom native mobile app.

**22 Miles** developed the **Sky Reserve** enterprise mobile app for staff with corporate iPhones, combining 3D wayfinding, real-time room and desk booking, Microsoft Office 365 integration, and smart sensor connectivity. The solution improved space management across 280 meeting rooms and desk locations, supported hybrid work and tenant onboarding, and gave managers analytics for usage, scheduling, and safety; it also earned the **Most Innovative App** award at the 2023 SCN Installation Product Awards.
