Installing interactive wayfinding across the campus provides navigation and connectivity to Oral Roberts University

Oral Roberts University, a large religious university in Tulsa with more than 4,000 students and a sprawling campus of buildings and facilities, needed a better way to guide people with different informational and directional needs across campus while reinforcing its image as a technology-forward institution. 22 Miles provided the wayfinding technology used to help solve this challenge.

22 Miles implemented interactive wayfinding across the university’s digital signage screens, including customized 3D maps for 16 buildings covering 48 floors and about 1,000 rooms. The solution let users search destinations on-screen or via a mobile app, use pinch-and-zoom navigation, and receive visual turn-by-turn directions to buildings or rooms; ORU reported strong staff and student excitement and promoted the installation through its video newsletter and social media.
