Orange County Convention Center, one of America’s largest convention centers, needed a better way to help guests navigate its sprawling facility and constantly changing event schedule while also making it easier for staff to manage content across many displays. To meet that challenge, Orange County Convention Center turned to 22 Miles for digital signage, interactive wayfinding, and a custom mobile app solution.

22 Miles implemented facility-wide digital signage, 20 interactive wayfinding kiosks, and a custom mobile app with secure mobile control, all managed through its Publisher Pro CMS. The solution improved guest experience and content updates, while delivering measurable usage insights; the wayfinding kiosks saw 15,000 touches on a low day and more than 22,000 touches on a peak two-day event, and staff no longer had to update menu boards manually with flash drives.
