BUT partnered with 2020 Spaces after nearly a decade of working together to modernize its 3D space planning and sales process. The retailer needed a solution that could support multiple furniture categories, connect with back-office order and delivery systems, and help store teams sell complex products more efficiently while keeping the customer experience simple and ergonomic.

2020 Spaces implemented 2020 Ideal Spaces, first rolling it out in 20 stores and then preparing it for BUT’s website. The solution gives BUT a single cross-functional 3D tool for kitchens, wardrobes, sofas, and living rooms, helping shorten the sales cycle, improve upstream customer guidance, and better align digital and in-store workflows. While no hard numerical gains were shared, the project was described as a successful first major step built on close partnership and teamwork with 2020 Spaces.
